التطبيق يأتي مع محرر النص الذي يسمح النص واسعة تخصيص. وبالتالي، يمكنك اختيار نوع الخط وحجمه، والتأكيد (جريئة، مائل وتحت خط)، لون النص والخلفية أو المحاذاة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكنك اختيار إنشاء قوائم نقطية أو مرقمة، إضافة الجداول والصور والملفات أو الطوابع الزمنية. البرنامج أيضا الرياضة المدقق الإملائي وميزة البحث التي يمكن استخدامها للبحث عن كلمات رئيسية معينة في جميع الملاحظات التي تم إنشاؤها.

AllMyNotes Organizer 3.19 Build854 + Portable , If you’re used to jotting down various ideas, lists and thoughts, then you could probably use the help of an app to keep them perfectly organized. AllMyNotes Organizer Deluxe Edition is a tool that can store all information in a simple manner. The software comes with a clean interface and an intuitive layout that takes little time to get used to. All entries can be stored under various folders, in a tree structure that can easily be customized. Everything is kept organized by theme or any other criteria you want. Items can be moved from one folder to another with great ease, since AllMyNotes Organizer Deluxe Edition supports the “drag and drop” function. . 

You may also view the notes and folders with thumbnail pictures. Single files are displayed with the name, content preview and file size, while subfolders are displayed with name, number of notes and folders contained and overall size.

The app comes with a text editor that permits extensive text customizing. Thus, you may choose the font type and size, emphasize (bold, italic and underline), text and background color or alignment. Additionally, you can choose to create bullet or numbered lists, add tables, pictures, files or time stamps. The program also sports a spellchecker and a search feature that can be used to look for certain keywords in all the created notes.

Alarms are also available. These require the time and date and an occurrence frequency (single, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly).

Default text editor options can be assigned from the program’s “Settings”. Furthermore, you can set the tool to auto-save the work every few minutes, have it run at system startup and create a backup to your files.

All in all, AllMyNotes Organizer Deluxe Edition is a great tool that can help you keep all your notes in one place. The app is easy to use, so inexperienced users shouldn’t have difficulties working with it.
